1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User" or "Member") who uses the kub99 platform and all of its services. 4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at kub99 is ৳100. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You must provide the correct payment reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified in order to make a withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Security

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning withdrawals can only be made after wagering a total of 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• A bonus can only be claimed on one account; claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted

5.3 VIP Program

The kub99 VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The criteria for tier advancement and the associated benefits may change, and members will be duly informed of any such changes.

kub99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus, particularly if abuse or fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

kub99 ensures fair play across all of its games. Our game providers are accredited and verified. In the event of any technical error, we will review the system logs to reach a decision, and our decision will be considered final.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). It is not possible to predetermine or manipulate the outcome of any game.
